Who issues the guarantee
Skok is registered, with offices at Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 195a, 11000 Belgrade.
All warranty deadlines below apply to the legal entity named above. All claims and complaints go to skokdigital@gmail.com or by post to the registered office. The competent court is in Belgrade (see Terms of use, section 7).
Site in 7 days
From the moment you send us a signed brief (logo, color palette if you have one, short service description, contact info) to the moment the site goes live: at most 7 days.
If we miss the deadline due to our error (not because you're late with content or decisions), the first month of maintenance is free.
Speed
The site must be fast. The metric we use:
- ✓PageSpeed Insights Performance score above 80, averaged across three consecutive measurements.
If the average drops below 80, email skokdigital@gmail.com and we fix it within 5 business days. If we can't: the current month of maintenance is free.
Note: if at your request the site carries heavy video content or heavy JavaScript animation where performance is intentionally sacrificed for visuals, the speed guarantee does not apply to those parts. We agree up front, before we start, where we go for visual over speed.
Mobile version
Every site we ship works and looks right on a mobile phone. Doesn't "adapt", has a dedicated mobile layout that solves spacing (tappable buttons, readable text, images that stay in place).
If the client sends a screen and the mobile layout doesn't work right, we fix it within 48h.
Hosting and security
The site lives on our floor (Vercel production + CDN). Uptime target is 99.9%. Backups run daily, kept 30 days.
Certificate (SSL/TLS) is included and auto-renews. If the site is offline more than 24h in a single month due to our side (not your DNS edits or an external attack), that month is free.
What the guarantee does NOT cover
- ✓Errors due to your content edits (you add a 200MB video and the site gets slower, that's yours).
- ✓DDoS and other cyber attacks. We have basic CDN-level protection, but we're not enterprise security.
- ✓Google penalties for spam tactics you practice outside our channels.
- ✓Errors of third-party services you integrate (e.g. your external CRM or payments).
- ✓Requests that exceed maintenance scope (see Terms of use, section 5).
After 12 months
When the cooperation expires, we hand over the complete code, content, databases, images, domain and hosting access. Standard format, no "our proprietary platform that works nowhere else".
The site goes with you. If you change your mind in six months and want us to bring it back to our hosting, the fee is negotiable, but your code stays yours.
How to file a complaint
Email skokdigital@gmail.com with the subject "Complaint". Describe what happened, attach a screenshot or link. We respond within 24h, resolve per the deadlines above.
